There are probably as many definitions of the word "portrait" as there are people in the world, which is what makes portraits so much fun to shoot. Everyone who comes into our studio wants something a little different. One session may be very serious, like a portrait of an author for her new book. The next might be a big family who just can’t stop laughing. The session after that could be photos of a newborn or an engagement session for a wedding client. It’s never the same thing twice!

A lot about photography has changed over the years, and the stiff, formal portraits you’d sit for 20 years ago are at the top of the list. We want your photos to show off you being your fabulous self! Natural and fun photos are easiest to shoot when everyone is relaxed and having a good time so we promise your session won’t be boring.

If it involves taking pictures of people then we do it. Families? Check. Babies and kids? Yup. Setting up a photobooth at a party or an event? No problem. Headshots? We do those too!
