It was brutally hot in Portland but the weather at the coast was cool and breezy, perfect for an Oregon Coast wedding. Lola and John had an intimate beachfront ceremony followed by a rockin’ reception at Surftides Hotel in Lincoln City. I <3 beach weddings!

Gray Gables Estate, July 18th, part deux!
Stephanie and Matt were such an amazingly fun couple and I’d been looking forward to their wedding since our e-session over the winter. Rob Figley was hanging in with us for the doubleheader, throwing down another fun and emotional ceremony.

July 18th was a popular day on my calendar this year, since I was shooting the morning and evening weddings at Gray Gables Estate. I won’t say it wasn’t a long day but when you’re surrounded by warm, happy, smiling people the time just disappears and you don’t even notice. Our officiant for the day was Rob Figley.

Perfect weather and loads of happy people were on tap for Ashlea & Nick’s wedding in Longview, Washington. Their ceremony was at Faith Temple Church, and afterward we had a great portrait session at Lake Sacajawea Park on the way to The Monticello Hotel for the reception.
